  117. Increased DTE rate of several modems with v.42bis to 38,400 from 19,200
  118.   including the PM9600SA and a couple of USR models.
  119. Made several changes to the Racal Vadic series for error correction

  129. Corrected &H setting on the Fastcomm 9696 v.32 modem.
  130. Corrected situation one a few modems where two kinds of flow control
  131.   were set to active simultaneously.    While this would not affect
  132.   connect rates, it might affect throughput by a few cps.
  133. Allowed for a bug in one revision of the ATI 2400 etc/e v.42 where the
  134.   &F2 directive incorrectly set the v.42 &K register to 2 rather than 3
  135.   where it should be for v.42 handshaking.   Fixed by explicitly adding
  136.   &K3 to the NRAM settings.
